The perfect recipe ? Stir-fried green asparagus and tofu
- 12 green asparagus spears
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Toasted sesame seeds
Peel the outer skin of the asparagus along the stalk, taking care to remove the tough end. Chop into small ½ cm pieces. Rinse the Bjorg tofu and dice. Marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes in the soy sauce and chopped garlic. Meanwhile, pour the olive oil into a frying pan over a gentle flame. Transfer the asparagus and cook for 8 mins, tossing frequently. Next, add the tofu cubes, together with the marinade, and cook for a further 5 minutes. Et voila.
